    Before sourcing anyone, we spend time with the hiring executive, their team, and the board. We want to know what the role actually is — not just what the job spec says. We will tell you if we think the role is wrong.

    Network-first sourcing

    We start with people we know or have placed. We expand from there with intention. No database scraping, no spray-and-pray, no LinkedIn templates. Every outreach is a real conversation.

    Honest assessment

    You will hear about the candidates we did not bring forward and why. You will hear our doubts about the candidates we did. Honesty is the deliverable — names are the byproduct.

    We stay through closing

    Offer structure, reference triangulation, family logistics, start-date planning, transition messaging — we carry it. The search is not done at signature; it is done at productive day ninety.

  5. 05

    The relationship continues

    Check-ins at 30, 90, and 180 days. We help with the next hire. We help with the hire after that. If something breaks, we hear about it from you first.
