We don't believe in databases. We don't run contingency searches. We don't sell hours. We run retained, relationship-driven searches and stay in the room from intake through transition — and often long past it.

We carry a small book deliberately.
Each Practice Lead runs a finite number of searches at any time, because the work we promise — deep intake, network-first sourcing, honest assessment, and presence through closing — is not work you can do at volume. We would rather take fewer engagements and do them right than carry a long pipeline.
