Lead the Health Practice end-to-end — origination, execution, and the operating discipline that defines us.
The role
The Health Practice is active and running searches across pharma and biotech, payers, providers, self-insured employers, digital health, and benefits administration. We are looking for the person who owns it.
This is a builder’s seat rather than a delivery seat. You carry origination, you run the searches, and you shape how the practice operates. Full P&L accountability and structural equity come with it.
What you bring
- A decade or more in retained executive search, with searches you can describe end to end
- Relationships in at least two of our six health segments that would take a stranger three years to build
- The judgment to tell a client their role specification is wrong, and the standing to be believed
- Comfort operating without a large support apparatus behind you
